The company was formed to provide a cost effective service to the SME market in Hertfordshire on those occasions where a report is required by a Statutory Auditor.
There are many circumstances where an audit report may be required, for example

- a report is required to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in respect of client money
- a charity is required to be audited either because of size or its founding documents
- a report is required on residential service charge accounts under the Landlords and Tenants Act
We are Chartered Accountants who are also Statutory Auditors and the company is an Audit Firm and as such is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
